Live Better 2.0 is a year-long community designed to help you move beyond insight and into action through ongoing support, accountability, reflection, and coaching.

This year long program offers ongoing support, reflection, accountability, and community as you practice applying what you’ve learned to the relationships, choices, emotions, and challenges of real life.

Live Better Collective is an ongoing community for graduates of the Live Better course who want support integrating the work into everyday life.
Twice each month you'll join a live session designed to help you deepen your understanding, reflect on your experiences, and apply the principles of Live Better to real-life situations.

How it works:
FIRST WEDNESDAY
Teaching + Reflection
On the first Wednesday of every month there will be a focused lesson designed to deepen your understanding of a core Live Better concept through teaching, journaling, and guided reflection.
THIRD WEDNESDAY
Integration + Accountability
On the third Wednesday there will be a live session focused on implementation, reflection, visualization, and accountability with an optional Q&A to discuss real-life application.
1:1 COACHING
Personalized Support
For those who want to go deeper, you can choose Collective + 1:1 Coaching, which includes everything in the Collective plus one private coaching session with Jesse each month.
This gives you dedicated space to bring your specific challenges, relationships, goals, and patterns into the work with personalized guidance and accountability.
A Year of Living the Work
Each month, we’ll explore a different part of what it means to live better in the real world. Together, we’ll move through the challenges, relationships, patterns, and possibilities that shape our everyday lives.

You understand the idea of the True Self. Now, how do you actually get yourself to do the things that matter? We’ll explore motivation, resistance, momentum, and how to create more flow in your life.

How do we stay present when life feels uncertain or overwhelming? We’ll make space for grief, tragedy, mortality, uncertainty, and global fears without pretending there are simple answers.

Learn how to recognize your progress, receive your own successes, and create a positive cycle of momentum instead of immediately moving on to the next thing.

This session is about creating plenty of space to answer your questions, reflect on what you’ve learned, foster a deeper group connection, and start to integrate the course lessons into your life.

We’ll look at how our upbringing is impacting our current self and interpersonal dynamics. We’ll also gain insights into how family experiences shape our relationships and discover strategies for fostering healthier connections right now.

We’ll explore the negative coping mechanisms we've adopted in response to our upbringing and environment. We’ll also look at how those negative coping mechanisms— including our relationships with drugs, alcohol, and food—may stand in the way of fully accepting and loving ourselves.

Believe it or not, our relationship with money is an emotional relationship, too. We’ll dive into the connections between money, our families, and our cultural backgrounds, and work toward cultivating a healthier relationship with money.

Why do friendships play such an important role in our ability to love ourselves? We’ll explore how we approach our friendships, focusing on what's working well, how we can improve as friends, and how to leverage our friendships to reinforce self-love and our capacity to grow.

Whether or not we’re in a romantic relationship, we’ll all benefit by reflecting on our strengths and weaknesses as partners. By expanding our capacity to love ourselves, we’ll strengthen our existing relationships, make it easier to attract the right partner, and/or savor being single.

The way we communicate has a massive effect on the quality of our relationships. We'll assess both our communication strengths and challenges and learn about my approach to loving—and successful!—communication.

This session is about creating plenty of space to answer your questions, reflect on what you’ve learned, and devise an action plan for continuing to integrate the lessons from this course into your life.
